The goals of Macalester class "Ultimate 101" is to learn the basics of Ultimate frisbee: Rules of the game, how to play, spirit of the game, by actively playing the game, doing skills training, and learning about the history, culture, and non-competitive and competitive play opportunities and structure. Students will receive a pass or fail assessment based on their level of participation in all activities of the class.
